海盗船内存（CorsairMemory），国内又称海盗旗，Corsair成立于1994年,由DonLieberman、JohnBeekley与AndyPaul创立。是一家位于加州佛利蒙的私有公司。
起初该公司为英特尔系统生产Cache-On-A-Stick(COAST)模块。不过英特尔将高速缓存由主板移至处理器晶体中，Corsair改变它们的注意力于计算机内存上。在90年代后期Corsair再一次由专注于生产标准内存改为生产高于规格的内存，普遍称为超频内存。XMS生产线称为"效能"或"超频"生产线，而ValueSelect生产线为主流用家设计。
